First of all, I'll like to thank edufire for drawing my attention to such an excellent article. All the ten points (not including the eleventh point for "References") were eye-opener. However the one that I found most striking was the tenth point, that is, "Stop Multitasking". People should really stop multitasking since it obstructs concentration which is very much essential in learning.
